Delete your Capitanias Online account

In the game (immediate)

1. Open Capitanias Online and sign in.
2. On the main menu, tap Excluir conta (Delete account), just below "Sair da conta" (Sign out).
3. Confirm with Excluir para sempre (Delete forever).

Without the game installed

Send an e-mail to contato@narduscloud.com from your account's e-mail address, with the subject Delete account Capitanias Online. We delete it within 15 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• The account (e-mail and password).
• All your captaincies, buildings, progress, villagers, notables, conversations and chronicles.
• The subscription record at RevenueCat.

An active subscription is billed by the store. Cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions) or the App Store as well, so you are not charged again. Error reports and technical logs are kept for up to 90 days for security and then deleted; backups within 30 days.
